Making bookings and payments
Manorpark, Lda acts as a letting agent for the owners of the properties listed on this website. When confirming a reservation by returning the booking form the lead traveller confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions laid out on this page. To confirm the booking a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the departure date, the full payment is required. If payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed. The lead traveller who signs the booking form becomes responsible for all matters concerning the booking. He or she must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be over 21 years old.
Arrival and Departure
Access to accommodation is made from 4pm on arrival day and clients are required to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. Please advise us of your flight details and estimated time of arrival.
If the client decides to cancel a confirmed booking Manorpark should be notified in writing immediately. Upon receipt of the cancellation instruction, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- 8 weeks or more - Loss of deposit
- 6 to 8 weeks - Loss of 50% of the total cost
- Less than 6 weeks - Loss of 100% of the total cost
All bookings are accepted on the condition that the client is responsible for any damages/breakages in the property during the stay. Therefore a damage deposit is required for all bookings and is payable on arrival either in cash or by cheque (between € 300 and € 3000 – depending on the property). Any damage or breakage should be notified to Manorpark immediately. The damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after departure if no damages occurred.
The accommodation can only be occupied by the total of the persons listed on the booking form. If additional people are found the supplier may require all occupants to leave and no refund shall be due in these circumstances. Normal occupancy is two persons per bedroom and all villas have a maximum occupancy.
The price for the accommodation includes electricity, water, gas and maid service unless otherwise stated. Maid service is provided between one to five days a week, except on weekends and public holidays. Towels are changed usually twice per week and bed linen once per week.
The prices shown are correct at the time of reservation and will not be altered after confirmation of the booking.
Additional Facilities & Services
We can provide extra facilities such as folding beds, high chairs, cots and other equipment and services according to availability. Please see price list below. Requests must be made on the booking form at the time of the confirmation. Food packs can also be arranged on request. Facilities such as air conditioning, heating and pool heating when available will be charged as an additional cost and must be requested when possible at the time of the booking. The charge may vary according to the property. Car hire service can also be provided. Please ask for more information.
- Cot - 35 Euros/ week
- High Chair - 30 Euros/ week
- Extra Bed - 100 Euros/ week
Changeover days are normaly on Saturdays. Other days may be considered in particular out of peak and high seasons.
In the event of a complaint please contact Manorpark's office or the representative as soon as possible during your stay and all efforts will be made to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Alterations or cancellations by Manorpark Lda.
In the unlikely event that the booked accommodation is no longer available Manorpark will use their best efforts to find suitable alternative accommodation. If this is not acceptable a full refund will be made but there shall be no further liability.
Manorpark will not accept any responsibility in respect of death, injury or illness of any person staying in our booked accommodation. Manorpark is also unable to accept any responsibility of your holiday affected by events outside our control. Travel insurance normally provides cover in respect of these eventualities. We strongly recommend our clients to obtain travel insurance before travelling abroad.
